The penultimate race before the important rendez-vous in the Iles sous le vent.  About thirty clubs like the TEAM Opt, Edt Va'a, Team Mata Are as seniors, Punaauia Va' a, Venus Va'a as ladies and many others were present at the AS Venus Va'a race. Organised like a marathon for a distance about equal to the Huahine 1st stage, the clubs benefitted from it to perfect their adjustments by incorporating their lent paddlers, by testing their va'a once again or to re-examine the position of the paddlers on the va' a. There remains to them a last race, the Socredo marathon on the October 30th  in order to be ready for Hawaiki Nui.
