All the great clubs will be present to take part in this 19th edition.

Last great sporting event of the year about the va'a, everyone wants to take part of it.

Currently 152 clubs registered with the confirmation of foreign clubs like the Team Hawaii and Kamanu Owli.

The TEAM Bradley, recent winner of the Na Wahine O Ke Kai (the equivalent of the Molokai Hoe for the ladies) comes to be registered and will  face our best paddlerwomen in Polynesian water. “Marseilles 13”, a club from France, will be also there. The list could evolve according to new registereds or cancellations.

105 crews as seniors including 16 veterans, 26 in taurea and 19 va' ahine will get the attention of the va'a lovers during one week with a departure from the quay of Huahine on Wednesday, November 10 to arrive the Friday 12th on the beautiful beach of Matira in Bora Bora. Taurea and the va' ahine will have their fight on Wednesday, November 10 in Uturoa (Raiatea) on only one stage.

The 59ème edition of Molokai Hoe confirms the supremacy of the Polynesian teams with a Shell Va'a superstar which engraved its name for the 5th consecutive year to the prize list of this mythical race which always made dream our paddlers. Good behavior also for the other Tahitian crews with a triple success on the podium. 6 in the 10 first with TEAM Opt (A and B) in 2nd and 3rd position, Paddling Connection for the 4th place. Bora Bora Va' a arrived 7th for a first participation, Erai in 9th and the TEAM Punaauia in 13th with 125 va' a on the starting line.  Shell Va' a is always the holder of the crossing record in 4:38 ' 35” established in 2008 and which it passed very close to for 15 seconds.

It rocks at the Fare Hotu !  The Hawaiki Nui race is very soon.  To participate, some forms have to be filled...not so easy for some people. L'ACOHV is getting ready to welcome the clubs. The persons in charge of the clubs are already heading to the Federation headquarters for the last formalities or to get the last news.
